Why a missed review meeting is hard to get back
Annual reviews and policy meetings are planned weeks in advance, often outside the client's daily routine. When a client forgets, the hour you prepared for is lost, and getting a new date can take weeks. Meanwhile renewals come closer and advice waits. A meeting without the right documents is almost as bad, because the review can't be finished.
Remind1 sends a reminder from your Google Calendar or Outlook two days before with the documents to bring, and another the day before asking the client to confirm. The appointment page shows your office address or the video link. Clients confirm or cancel with a reply, and you see it on the event, so a free slot can go to another client.
What to bring
List the documents for the meeting: current policies, statements, ID. Clients arrive prepared and you save a second appointment.
Video meeting links
The appointment page includes the video call link from your calendar, so clients join with one tap.
Your name as sender
Reminders can arrive from your firm's name instead of an unknown number.
Recommended setup

When booked
Ask for a confirmation. Reminders that ask clients to reply or tap the link get many times more confirmations than reminders that don't.
Put what to bring in the reminder 2 days before, so clients have time to find their documents.
Frequently asked questions
Can I remind clients about their annual review?
Yes. Add the review to your calendar with the client's phone number. Remind1 sends the reminder automatically before the appointment.
Can our firm's name be the sender?
In many countries, yes. Some countries require the sender name to be registered first, and our support helps with that. Until then, or where names aren't allowed, reminders come from a number provided by Remind1.
What about GDPR?
Remind1 offers a Data Processing Addendum and a GDPR guide for customers who handle client data under the GDPR.
Can clients join review meetings by video?
Yes. When your calendar event has a video link, it appears on the appointment page linked in the reminder, and clients join with one tap.
Can our advisors work as a team?
Yes. The whole team shares one subscription at no extra cost. Each advisor keeps their own Google Calendar or Outlook, and their client meetings get reminders automatically.
Your first 10 reminders are free. After that, you only pay for the reminders you create.
