You can add the app directly from the Google Workspace Marketplace - it only takes a few clicks.
You can open the app from the right sidebar in your Google Calendar. You can show the right sidebar by clicking on the arrow in the bottom right corner if it's hidden.
You can create reminders in two different ways. The automated reminder creation (second video) has to be activated in your message settings first.
