What is RSVP?
You can ask recipients to confirm appointments or let them cancel appointments. The status is shown directly in your Google Calendar so you can take action based on the response.
Step 1: Add appointment page link
Add appointment page links to your messages to be able to make use of RSVP.
Step 2: Activate RSVP
In your appointment page settings, decide if you want to offer both options or only one of them.
Step 3: Change button labels if needed
Your recipients will see the confirm and/or cancel button on the appointment pages.
You can change the button label in your appointment page settings.
Step 4: Activate sync status to calendar
We recommend to active this function to see the confirmations/cancellations directly in your Google Calendar event titles.
Step 5: Your recipients confirm or cancel
You can see the response directly in your Google Calendar and take actions based on it.
Additionally, you can enable cancel notifications in your appointment page settings to be instantly messaged if one of your recipients cancels an appointment.
