Why show locations?
You can show your location on the appointment page to your recipients to make sure they arrive at the right place.
To make us of this, make sure that the appointment page link is added to your messages in your message settings.
Option A: Fixed location (e.g. your office)
In your appointment page settings, enter the address to show it on the appointment page.
A Google Maps link is automatically shown as well to easily start navigation.
Option B: Dynamic locations (e.g. property tours)
If you meet at dynamic locations, simply add the locations to your Google Calendar events.
The individual locations will then be shown on each appointment page.
Important: The "Locations" functions has to be activated in your appointment page settings.
